The only information this site collects is what you submit directly through the contact form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), party size, travel window, occasion, referral source, and the message you write. We do not use cookies, analytics, or any third-party tracking scripts. Nothing is collected about you simply by browsing the site.
How we use it
Information submitted through the contact form is used solely to respond to your inquiry and, where a conversation develops into an arrangement, to plan and coordinate that arrangement. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell or rent it to third parties.
How it’s handled
Form submissions are delivered to us by email via Resend, a transactional email provider, and land in a mailbox hosted on Google Workspace. Both are processors acting on our behalf, not independent users of your data. We do not share your information with any other third party except where necessary to arrange services you’ve specifically requested (for example, a property or vendor you’ve agreed to work with) or where required by law.
Retention
We retain inquiry information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you, maintain business records, and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion at any time (see below).
