Private islands
Whole-island takeovers with a dedicated household team. Arrival by private airstrip, helipad or tender, depending on the island.
By private arrangement · The Philippines
Private islands, yacht buyouts and whole-estate takeovers — arranged one party at a time. No catalog, no published pricing.
What we arrange
Not rooms within a resort. The whole thing, closed, for the length of the stay.
Whole-island takeovers with a dedicated household team. Arrival by private airstrip, helipad or tender, depending on the island.
Full-vessel yacht and catamaran charter with crew, moving between anchorages rather than hotels.
Adjacent villas or a single estate held in full, with days built around the guests rather than a printed itinerary.
One property, one party, one point of contact.
How every arrangement works
How it works
Three steps, in order. Nothing is proposed before the first one is finished.
We start by understanding the guests, the occasion, and the standard you are holding this to. Nothing is put in front of you before that is clear.
We return with one specific arrangement — property, logistics, and the shape of the days. Built for that conversation, not chosen from a menu.
From first call to departure, one person is accountable for the arrangement. You are never passed along.
Terms of engagement
Stated plainly, so there is nothing to discover later.
We do not publish pricing. Arrangements are costed against what is actually being held, not against a rate card.
We work in one country. The Philippines only. Better to know one archipelago properly than to sell forty.
We take one party at a time. If we are already engaged for your dates, you will hear it on the first call.
We do not name our clients. Not in conversation, not on this site, not to the properties beyond what is needed to host you.
We are new, and we say so. What we are building is a standard. We would rather be judged on the first call than on a testimonial page.
We will decline. If what you want is better arranged by someone else, we will say so and point you to them.
Contact
That is all we need to begin. No form with twenty fields, no reference number, no automated follow-up sequence.
